Telemar, since its establishment, is officially an Accounting Authority. It is also a Point of Service Activation (PSA). As an independent provider in partnership with Inmarsat, and its principal distribution partners, it can offer significant savings in Voice and Data-Internet communications in any location.
As an Accounting Authority, Telemar is recognized by the coastal authorities and stations worldwide, as a provider of services for managing satellite and conventional communications.  It can provide advantages such as:

Based on the volume of airtime generated, Telemar is one of the principal operators worldwide of Inmarsat services.

As a PSA certified by Inmarsat, Telemar is authorized by most countries to activate communication services on marine and land Inmarsat terminals.
